Returns

Due to the nature of our business and international shipping, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged
• The item is defective
• The wrong item was received

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos as evidence.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items purchased on sale or with discounts
• Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
• Delays caused by customs or postal services

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
